Personal Resource Management (PRM): Boosting Performance in the Air and on the Ground

This workshop, developed by Maj Gen (ret) Jeannie Leavitt, the first U.S. Air Force female fighter pilot and former Chief of Air Force Safety, and Captain Tammie Jo Shults, a retired Southwest Airlines captain, author, and one of the first female fighter pilots in the U.S. Navy, focuses on Personal Resource Management. It is an interactive session lasting 1-1/2 hours, offered at no charge.

The facilitators' accomplishments are remarkable, but their true hallmark is their ability to remain grounded and relatable. This workshop aims to invest in the next generation by providing practical life examples and fostering a supportive learning environment.

  • Effective problem solving and decision making: Exploring scenarios to solve problems.
  • Techniques to enhance personal and professional performance.
  • Work-life Integration: How to handle demands from work (or school) and life.
