The 2025 ACCEYSS STEM Success Stories Conference invites poster submissions from scholars and practitioners conducting work specific to students in STEM. This is an opportunity to showcase your work on the challenges, contributions, and experiences of students in computing, with an emphasis on education and/or workforce participation. We encourage a range of topics, from historical analysis to modern trends and case studies.

Who Can Present
Anyone conducting research that supports P-20 students in STEM or related fields.
We encourage undergraduate and graduate students, postdoctoral scholars, faculty members, and industry professionals to share their experiences, research, and initiatives that align with the conference theme.
Poster Criteria:
- Posters can explore a wide range of issues, including but not limited to lived experiences, case studies, or innovative approaches that support students.
- Submissions may highlight academic research, industry projects, educational initiatives, or personal narratives that contribute to the broader understanding of P-20 students in computing education or workforce participation.
- Posters should clearly outline the objectives, methodology (if applicable), findings, and their significance to the theme.
Abstract Submission Requirements:
- Abstracts should be 250-300 words and provide a concise summary of your poster’s theme and its relevance to the conference theme.
- Include the title of the poster, author(s), affiliation(s), and contact information.
- All abstracts should be submitted as PDFs.
